Concrete floor grinding cost is usually based on the floor’s square footage, condition, accessibility, required level of grinding, existing coatings, crack or repair needs, and the intended finish. A floor needing light surface preparation requires less labor than one with thick coatings, major unevenness, or damaged concrete. A site assessment allows the contractor to define the scope and provide a project-specific estimate.
