Aaron Stavinoha
Founder & CEO
Aaron has spent years in the commercial construction space starting and running several companies with different missions. At the heart of his goal is to provide commercial customers transparency and communication during projects - just like he'd want for his own family.
Shaina Stavinoha
Co-Founder
Shaina has been alongside Aaron through his previous business ventures and has a keen eye for quality work and good design. She supports the business in various ways while pursuing her primary career as a Nurse Practitioner at a local children's hospital in the ICU.
Terra Jones
Project Management
Terra graduated from UNT with an interior design degree. Her career to this point has been in interior remodel and construction services - an area where she's used her design expertise to maximize value for her clients. She's held many positions in construction and has managed projects up to $10mm.
